Rockbell has been setting up accounting and payroll software for Malaysian small businesses since 1993.

They are a registered partner under the MSME Digital Grant MADANI, so clients can knock up to RM 5,000 off the cost of qualifying software directly through Rockbell — not as a rebate later, but at the point of purchase. Most of their clients run retail shops, F&B outlets, or small trading companies.

They come in because the owner is still doing accounts in Excel, or because the government's new e-invoicing rules caught them off guard. What makes Rockbell worth a closer look is the cross-border angle. If a business files EPF and SOCSO in Malaysia and CPF in Singapore, Rockbell can cover both sides without bringing in a second vendor.

Their Singapore branch has been running since 2006. They suit small and mid-sized businesses best, especially any that need help claiming a digitalisation grant.
