Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of agencies.asia (the "Service"). By accessing the Service, creating an account, submitting a brief, or listing an agency, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

What agencies.asia is

agencies.asia is a directory and marketplace. We curate listings and match businesses' briefs to agencies. We are nota party to any agreement, engagement, or transaction you enter into with an agency (or with a client). We don't guarantee the quality, availability, or conduct of any agency, or any particular outcome — you are responsible for your own due diligence.

Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.
• If you act for an agency or business, you confirm you're authorised to do so.
• You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Tell us promptly of any unauthorised use.

Listings & claiming

Some listings are added by us from public information. An agency may claim its listing — automatically where the claimant's email is on the agency's own domain, otherwise after manual verification. Agencies are responsible for the accuracy of their listing and for having the rights to any content they upload. We may edit, unpublish, or remove any listing at our discretion.

Reviews

Reviews must reflect genuine, first-hand client experiences. Fake, incentivised, or conflicted reviews are prohibited. All reviews are subject to moderation, and we may decline, edit for policy, or remove reviews. Agencies may publicly respond to reviews but may not alter or suppress them.

Briefs & leads

When you submit a brief, the details you include are shared with matched agencies so they can contact you (see our Privacy Policy). We don't guarantee that you will be matched, contacted, or satisfied with any response.

Paid plans & billing

Agencies may purchase paid plans (e.g. Verified or Featured). Fees, billing cycles, and what each plan includes are shown at checkout and processed by our payment provider (Stripe). Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel to stop future renewals. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. We may change plan features or pricing prospectively.

Acceptable use

• Don't scrape, harvest, or bulk-extract data from the Service.
• Don't submit false, misleading, infringing, or unlawful content.
• Don't misuse briefs or leads (e.g. spam, resale of contact data).
• Don't attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.

Intellectual property

The Service, its design, and our content are owned by us or our licensors. Content you submit remains yours, but you grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, display, and promote it as part of operating the Service.

Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, agencies.asia is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for any dealings between you and an agency. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or where necessary to protect the Service or its users.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer protections available to you in your place of residence (including Singapore).

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the updated date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
