ETC has been writing code in Bandar Sri Damansara since 2010. They build websites and mobile apps on PHP and Laravel, connect software to payment systems or hardware, and stay on after launch to keep things running.

Their own site claims 200-plus projects a year. That is a high number for a 20-person team — worth asking about during a call. Most of their clients are small and mid-sized Malaysian businesses going digital for the first time.

Alongside that, their past work includes Axiata, Celcom, UOB Bank, and Huawei — names that suggest the team can handle a more complex brief when needed. They picked up the SME 100 Award in 2018 and a Golden Bull Award (year not listed on their site). Neither is a global badge, but both are verifiable Malaysian recognitions that put them ahead of a purely anonymous KL dev shop.

They suit buyers who need something built — a custom system, an e-commerce site, a backend that connects to existing hardware. They do not offer branding, ads, or SEO. If that is what you need, look elsewhere first.
