Founded in Australia in 2001, Internut moved its headquarters to Petaling Jaya in 2005. They build mobile apps for iOS and Android, set up e-commerce sites, and run security checks on digital systems.

Past work includes apps for AirAsia, CIMB Bank, Axiata, and Petronas. Banks and other regulated businesses hire them most often. That is partly because they say their security work meets Bank Negara and HIPAA standards by name — not just a general claim.

One detail worth noting: they say they were the first firm in Malaysia to include App Store ranking work as a standard part of every app build. Whether true or not, it is not something most app firms mention at all.

They also offer a 14-day program to build a working first version of a product, which is useful if a buyer wants to test an idea before spending fully. A good fit for mid-size companies in finance, telco, or healthcare that need a firm with a long local track record.
