Fifty-five staff members, split between Kuala Lumpur and Rotterdam, Lizar Global build software products from scratch — mobile apps, web platforms, and the systems that tie them together.

They work with companies in fintech, healthcare and education, and have shipped projects in more than 27 countries. Clients named on their site include Heineken, Wageningen University and InvestKL. The firms that hire them usually have one of two problems. A startup needs a working app fast enough to show investors.

An older company has software that still runs but barely, and someone has to modernize it without breaking everything. What is harder to ignore is the review count. Over 70 verified Clutch reviews for a 55-person firm is not normal. Most shops that size have a dozen.

The Manifest named them the most-reviewed app developer in the Netherlands across multiple years, including 2023 and 2024. That takes time to earn. They suit buyers who need the full build — design, engineering, go-live — handled by one team, and whose projects start above RM40,000.

If you need brand work, campaign ads, or a purely local Malaysian vendor, they are not the right fit.
