MDEC named them an official partner for Malaysia's new national e-invoicing program — the one that went live in August 2024 and that every business must eventually join. That alone sets them apart from most software firms in this space.

They built and run their own platform, called DATANORY, which tracks a sales team's daily work, manages orders through distributors, and feeds the numbers into Power BI reports — all in one system. FMCG companies hire them when spreadsheets stop working. A drinks brand, a pharma distributor, a household-goods manufacturer — the kind of company where the sales team is out on the road and head office cannot see what is happening until Friday. Shell Malaysia and Japanese Tobacco International have both been on their books for over ten years.

Those are public, named relationships. For a firm of around sixteen people, that kind of run says something. They suit mid-sized companies in food, drinks, manufacturing, or distribution that need a sales-tracking and compliance system — not a full redesign of how the whole company runs.

Businesses that need SAP or Oracle, or want a creative or marketing agency, should look elsewhere.
