Registered on ePerolehan, Malaysia's government buying portal, Tarsoft builds custom web systems, mobile apps, and management software from Shah Alam. They started in 2020 and have around 10 named staff members.

Clients include CIDB Holdings, Hospital Tengku Azizah and Klinik Syafi. GLCs and government bodies hire them partly because the ePerolehan registration is already done — procurement teams need that box ticked before a vendor can even quote.

Small businesses hire them to move paperwork off WhatsApp and into a proper system. Along with client work, they sell their own product: TARSOFT Keep, a task and leave management tool built for SMEs. That is unusual for a firm this size. They also run paid training classes in Laravel and Power BI, so they have two revenue lines beyond just project work.

A good fit for Malaysian SMEs, clinics, or government-linked companies that need a custom system built and want a local vendor with the right procurement credentials.
